Contents of this Manual are applicable to the WPL Facebook Add-On. Details of this Manual may be different based on the customizations you have or your software.

Introduction

This Manual contains information about the Facebook Add-On, an extension for the WPL plugin.

System Requirements

To use the Facebook Add-on, you will need the following:

1. WPL PRO (You cannot install any add-on to the WPL basic)

2. WP

Installation

If you have the Installation Package of the TV-On, you can upload it from the following path: WordPress->WPL dashboard->Install Add-on form.

You can download the installation package of Yelp add-on from Realtyna’s billing website.

Once you download the add-on, the Facebook feature will appear like below:

To create a listing catalog, you need the following information:

• Catalogs name

• Token,

• Business ID,

• App ID 

• App secret

How to obtain Catalog information:

To be able to use the Facebook API for this add-on, you need to make sure you have an account on the following websites:

https://business.facebook.com/

https://developers.facebook.com/

Here is how:

1. Add a new app, 

1. Set up a Marketing API

1. Goto Dashboard > Settings > Advanced And select Business Manager that you have already created in https://business.facebook.com/

1. Now in the https://developers.facebook.com/,  Goto Dashboard > Settings > Basic then you can get APP ID and APP secret.

1. To get TOKENS, go to Marketing API > Tools then select token permission( select all options) and then click on Get Token:

1. In order to get the Business ID, please login to https://business.facebook.com/   and

Go to Business Info Menu.

Now, we have all the information we need. In the next step, please click the “Next” button to go to your Facebook Add-on Dashboard:

If you goto WPL > Listing Manager,  you will find "Publish on Facebook" In each property. By clicking on this button you can add a property to facebook add-on > Sync section and then you can Sync properties 

You can find you created catalogs through https://business.facebook.com/

Goto Data Sources >Catalogues and find your catalogs in the catalogs' area :

In the catalogs area you can see all synced properties from your website:
