Make WPL RTL for Arabic and Hebrew language

Starting from version 4.2.0, WPL provides RTL support for Arabic and Hebrew languages.
If you want to use one of these languages for your website, you just need to go to the WP admin panel->Settings->Global->Site Language and choose Arabic or Hebrew language.
The WPL backend and frontend views will be changed to the RTL version automatically.
