Where is WPL Shortcode Wizard in Gutenberg editor?

Since WordPress 5, the author team released a new block editor named Gutenberg instead of the classic editor.

If you don't want to use block editor and prefer the classic editor you can install the following plugin on your website and activate it. Then you should be able to find the WPL Shortcode Wizard button there in the classic editor: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/

If you like to keep the block editor then you find the WPL shortcode wizard in the Classic block. Just add a new Classic block to your page and enjoy WPL Shortcode Wizard. Please check the following figure:
