How to enable HTML editor for property description?

HTML/Advanced editor is included in WPL PRO. If you use WPL PRO you can simply enable it by editing the property description field in Flex. Please check the following figure:

Also, this feature is enabled by default.

Note: You can enable this feature for all textarea fields if you have many more textarea fields.
